Course Description

The Year 9 option dance programme is available to all Year 9 students regardless of ability or level of dance.
The course covers:

  • Introduction to dance terminology.
  • Dance history.
  • Introduction to dance composition, working in groups to create and choreograph dance pieces.
  • A range of styles and genres.
