Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs M. Heaslip

This is a course that provides an opportunity for students to further develop their reading, writing and communication skills that will be required in the workplace. The purpose of the learning is to allow students the access to appropriate skills required for the workplace.

Note: This course does not lead into Level 3.

A student will be withdrawn from a standard if the teacher is not confident that the achievement of the standard is within the reach of the student or there is no evidence of the student attempting the assessment.

Recommended Prior Learning

For Year 12 students who have Level 1 Literacy (and up to 7 credits in Level 1 English) or in consultation with the Head of Faculty, English.
