Year 10 Physical Education - Learning through Sport

Course Description

Teacher in Charge: Mrs M. MacLachlan

This course allows students to begin applying key concepts within a practical setting, in both individual and team sporting environments. Students will build a sound knowledge base to allow them to move into Year 11 Physical Education. This course involves participation in leadership, exercise physiology, fitness, water safety and team game units.
