Course Description

Students are encouraged to increase their ability to communicate both in oral and written everyday Spanish situations. Students learn to give and receive information in Spanish in a variety of topics, for example:
- Shopping, asking and giving direction, talking about meals, buying drinks and food, talking about holiday, free time, home, clothes, music, TV,
- The cultural emphasis at this level focuses on food, sports and Spanish dances.
Recommended Prior Learning
It is preferable that students have studied Spanish in Year 9
Contributions and Equipment/Stationery
It is recommended that students pay an access fee of $10 to enable them to log onto the Education Perfect website to assist with vocabulary homework.
