Course Description

This course is intended for students who were working at Level 6 of the curriculum in Year 10. The purpose of the learning is to explore rich and challenging texts and extend their critical thinking. All students are encouraged to gain 14 credits or more in English, in both internal and external standards. The achievement standards offered are responsive to the student’s needs and interests.
A student will be withdrawn from a standard if the teacher is not confident that the achievement of the standard is within the reach of the student or there is no evidence of the student attempting the assessment.
